At the designated time, we'll meet at Rue Oum Errabia to start this fun bike tour of Marrakech. Are you ready to pedal your way through the city? Let's go!
Once the introductions are done, we'll give you the bikes and helmets, and we'll start a complete tour that combines the old town (Medina) with the more modern area, cycling as we discover the Moroccan history and architecture.
First, we'll head to the Zaouia El Abassia, one of the most important spiritual locations in Marrakech, where we'll enjoy a guided tour and stop to take photos.
Then, we'll enter the labyrinthine alleys of the Medina of Marrakech. Not only will we see its lively markets here, but we'll also enjoy an experience in a traditional oven to discover its gastronomic culture up close.
Our tour will continue toward the iconic Koutoubia Mosque, a prime symbol in the city, where we'll stop to take pictures before we enjoy a lovely bike ride through the Koutoubia Gardens.
Afterward, we'll cycle toward the history district of Kasbah, to the south of the Medina, where we'll admire the buildings that reflect the ancient splendour of the imperial city. Finally, we'll head to Gueliz, the modern neighborhood of European influence, where we'll see Marrakech's contrasts.
After a 3-hour bike ride, we'll return to the starting point and say our goodbyes. See you next time!
